The NoPilrow action group are a small group that consists of local residents. A large sum of money is needed to fight against the proposed wind farm as well as practical help with leaflet production and delivery, prizes and support at the many fundraising events we will be running.

Please join us as a supporter and to show that you are against the proposed wind farm development. You can join the list of current supporters by completing the appropriate box found on the contacts page - click here. If we have your contact details, it will allow us to keep you updated and email you when we need your support in writing letters of objection or attending meetings or events etc.

We understand that the full planning application for up to six Turbines (now appears to be reduced to four) , is to be submitted ened of April 2012.

The NoPilrow action group are going to fight this planning application and we hope that many of you will support us in this endevour.

We will maintain a list of objectors to ensure that Broadview Energy Ltd are fully aware that the majority of the local community is against this application.

If you cannot contribute financially, please consider contributing time and energy - everyone has a form of skill and/or expertise 

One Simple way of helping in fund raising, is by shopping with your favourite online stores by going through the website www.easyfundraising.org.uk/causes/nopilrow. Goods purchased via this route will not cost you any more but retailers will make a cash back donation to the NoPilrow campaign (usually around 2.5% of value spent).
